RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO SUBMIT AN AMENDED GRANT AND TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
WITH HNTB CORP. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES IN PREPARING
AN AIRPORT LAYOUT PLAN FOR THE WICHITA FALLS MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, is required to amend the airport
Layout Plan; and
WHEREAS, the engineering firm of HNTB Corporation is qualified to prepare
such a plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to submit an amended grant to the FAA
and to execute a contract with the HNTB Corporation for the required engineering
services.
