RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR THE LUCY PARK
SWIMMING POOL PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls had advertised for bids for the construction
of the Lucy Park Swimming Pool Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Westmoreland Pools
who made a lump sum bid with a total of $23,435.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said lump sum bid of Westmoreland Pools, with a total of $23,435.00 is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 16th day of September, 1997.
