RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AMENDMENTS TO AGREEMENTS WITH JOHNNY SIMMONS AND
JACK ALSUP TO LEASE AND MANAGE THE HAMILTON PARK AN
WEEKS PARK TENNIS CENTERS. D
WHEREAS, the need is recognized to raise the amount of payment
tennis pro at the Hamilton Park and Weeks Park tennis centers due to t to each
the federal minimum wage; and, the increase in
WHEREAS, the tennis pros have performed to the satisfaction of the City; and,
WHEREAS, sufficient funds have been allocated to this purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: THE CITY
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an amendm ent to the
agreement with Johnny Simmons to manage Hamilton Park Tennis Center
payment of $2,403 per month, and the agreement with Jack Alsup to manage for s
Park Tennis Center for a payment of $1,987 per month. age Weeks
