FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THI
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO S

REQUIRED BY LAW. S
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has approved a Conditio
Permit for a Limited Restaurant to locate at 2601 Harrison Street; Wichita nal Use
and, Falls, Texas;
WHEREAS, the applicant has appealed that decision; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, deems it
Public interest to reverse the approval of Conditional Use Permit C 97 -28. �n the
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: L OF THE CITY
SECTION 1. The Conditional Use Permit C 97 -28 granted by the Plan
Zoning Commission on September 10, 1997, is hereby revoked. nmg &
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law. mg at
