RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT REROOF
PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO LYDICK -HOOKS
ROOFING COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a lump sum contract with L
Hooks Roofing Company with the total cost of $132,155; ydick-
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of $132,703 of
$109,646.10 has been previously paid to the contractor, leavin an a which

WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be acceptable.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

The Health Department Reroof Project is hereby accepted, and the Cit Man
