RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE HAMILTON PARK TENNIS COURTS
PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO DUKE
CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Fails entered a lump sum contract with Duke
Construction with the total cost of $59,325;
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of $60,305 of which
$59,098.90 has been previously paid to the contractor, leaving an amount due of
$1,206.10; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Hamilton Park Tennis Courts Project is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to make final payment to the contractor.
