RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR GRACE STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Grace Street Reconstruction Project ; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Barnett Paving
Company who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $50,250.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Barnett Paving Company, with an estimated total of
$50,250.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of October, 1997.
