A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS APPOINTING TWO MEMBERS TO SERVE ON THE
WICHITA APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS; FINDING
AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the terms of service of two City Council appointed members of
the Board of Directors of the Wichita Appraisal District will expire at the end of
1997; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls to
submit names of two members appointed by the City Council to serve two year
terms on said Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. Randal Forcher and Jimmy E. Holland, Sr. are hereby
appointed /reappointed by the City Council to serve on the Board of Directors of
the Wichita Appraisal District as members representing the City of Wichita Falls.
Section 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
