RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR THE PAINTING
OF PUCKETT TOWER AND CYPRESS '87 CLARIFIERS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Painting of Puckett Tower and Cypress '87 Clarifiers Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Telcom of Texas,
Inc. who made a lump sum bid with a total of $337,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said lump sum bid of Telcom of Texas, Inc., with a total of $337,000 is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th day of November, 1997.
