RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A VALUE FOR CURB AND GUTTER ON
BOUNDARY STREETS REQUIRED BY PLATTING, AT $15.00 PER
LINEAR FOOT
WHEREAS, Appendix A - Subdivisions, Section 9 (B) (2) (a) require installation
by the subdivider of curbs and gutters on boundary streets; and,
WHEREAS, City Council Bill 318 passed and approved on the 4th day of
November, 1997 requires the subdivider when unable, for reason, to construct the
boundary street curb and gutters, the subdivider shall place a cash deposit with the
City, to be held in perpetuity, or until the boundary street is improved to municipal
standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The value of $15.00 per linear foot of curb and gutter is established to determine
the cash deposit to be held in perpetuity by the City, if a subdivider is unable, for
reason, to construct the boundary street curb and gutters.
