AN ORDINANCE CLOSING, VACATING, AND ABANDONING A TWENTY
(20) FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT IN BLOCK 30A, HIGHLAND
ADDITION, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended
the closure of a twenty ( 20) foot wide utility easement in
Block 30A, Highland Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, deems it advisable and in the public interest to close,
vacate, and abandon the utility easement hereafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The northerly-southerly twenty ( 20) foot wide utility
easement in Block 30A, Highland Addition, Wichita Falls,
Texas, bounded to the north by the south right-of-way line of
Avenue T; and to the south by the north right-of-way line of
Avenue U; and whose centerline lies parallel to, and midway
between the west right-of-way line of Kemp Bouleva d, and the
east right-of-way line of Buchanan Street; be and he s- re is,
hereby closed, vacated, and abandoned.
