RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
MANHOLE REHABILITATION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO ENVIRO REMEDIATION COATINGS SERVICES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with Enviro
Remediation Coatings Services, Inc., with the estimated total cost of $139,535.00;
WHEREAS, one change order was approved in the course of the work, reducing
the estimated contract cost to $137,535.00;
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of $137,934.40 of
which $134,486.04 has been previously paid to the contractor, leaving an amount due
of $3,448.36; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Sanitary Sewer Improvements Manhole Rehabilitation Project is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the contractor.
