RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE CYPRESS WATER TREATMENT
PLANT FLOW METERS PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT
TO WICHITA CONTRACTORS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with Wichita
Contractors with the estimated total cost of $47,448.00; and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of $47,448.00 of which
$46,499.04 has been previously paid to the contractor, leaving an amount due of
$948.96; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Cypress Water Treatment Plant Flow Meters Project is hereby accepted,
and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the contractor.
