RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF $42,600
TO MERTINS IRRIGATION FOR LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS TO
MARTIN BLVD CIRCLE
WHEREAS, a private grant has been received for landscape improvement to the
Martin Blvd. Circle; and,
WHEREAS, bids have been solicited with the low bid being from Mertins
Irrigation in the amount of $42,600; and,
WHEREAS, sufficient funds exist to complete the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
a contract is hereby awarded to Mertins Irrigation in the amount of $42,600 for
the construction of landscape improvements to Martin Blvd. Circle.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of January, 1998.
