RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID TO BAKER SUPPORT SERVICES,
INC., FOR TELEPHONE MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN ANNUAL
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR SUCH SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City received proposals from qualified vendors for telephone
system support services, and
WHEREAS, the most responsible proposal was received from Baker Support
Services, Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City of Wichita Falls hereby awards a bid to Baker Support Services, Inc., for
telephone support services, and the City Manager is authorized to enter into a
maintenance agreement for telephone maintenance services for a one year period with
three additional one year periods at the option of the City.
