RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR THE CYPRESS
ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (PHASE 1)
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Cypress Electrical Improvements Project (Phase 1); and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Best Electric
Company who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $19,836.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Best Electric Company, with an estimated total of
$19,836.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of February, 1998.
