RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR KEMP BLVD.
(KELL TO CALL FIELD) WATER LINE RELOCATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Kemp Blvd. (Kell to Call Field) Water Line Relocation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Jalyn Construction
Company who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $68,830.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Jalyn Construction Company, with an estimated total of
$68,830.25 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of February, 1998.
