RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR JALONICK PARK
RESTROOM REROOF (CDBG) PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Jalonick Park Restroom Reroof (CDBG) Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Armored Roofing
Co. who made a lump sum bid with a total of $10,822.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said lump sum bid of Armored Roofing Co., with a total of $10,822.00 is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of March, 1998.
