RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARDING BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF
TWO (2) 60,000 GVW CAB & CHASSIS TO CRANE CARRIER
COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $165,568.00.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls received bids on March 26, 1998 for two
(2) 60,000 GVW cab & chassis units for purposes of a refuse front -end loader; and,
WHEREAS, the City received seven (7) bids of which four (4) met specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid is hereby awarded to Crane Carrier Company of Dallas, Texas in the
amount of $165,568.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of April, 1998.
