RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS FOR ENERGY CONSERVATION MEASURES.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to improve the energy consumption
efficiency of various City -owned facilities, and
WHEREAS, state law now permits the City to enter into performance
management contracts for energy conservation measures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to issue Request For Proposals for
energy conservation measures.
