RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR HAMILTON
PARK TENNIS COURTS #9 AND # 10 RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Hamilton Park Tennis Courts #9 and # 10 Reconstruction Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Grisham Brothers
Concrete who made a lump sum bid with a total of $51,966.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said lump sum bid of Grisham Brothers Concrete for $51,966.00 is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of April, 1998.
