RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 25 -98 REPLACING
ELECTION OFFICIAL FOR THE MAY 2, 1998 MUNICIPAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas adopted
Resolution 25 -98 on March 3, 1998, calling for a regular Municipal Election to be held
on May 2, 1998, and naming the polling places and election officials; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Carolyn Nicholas was appointed Presiding Judge for City Box
10, and is unable to serve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Mrs. Susan Ramser is hereby appointed to replace Carolyn
Nicholas as Presiding Judge for City Box 10 for the May 2, 1998 Municipal
Election.
