RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF THREE (3) 29 YARD SIDE
LOADING REFUSE PACKER BODIES TO PAK -MOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY
IN THE AMOUNT OF $129,027.56.
WHEREAS, In 1993 the Wichita Falls City Council approved a resolution which
allowed for the purchase of equipment and materials through the Houston - Galveston
Area Council Cooperative Purchasing Program; and,
WHEREAS, Pak -Mor Manufacturing Company has been awarded the state
contract for side load refuse packer bodies as budgeted this fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Purchasing Department is hereby granted authority to purchase Three (3)
Refuse Packer Bodies from Pak -Mor Manufacturing Company for the amount of
$129,027.56.
