RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) 35 YARD FRONT
LOADING REFUSE PACKER BODIES TO HEIL ENVIRONMENTAL COMPANY IN
THE AMOUNT OF $118,106.24.
WHEREAS, In 1993 the Wichita Falls City Council approved a resolution which
allowed for the purchase of equipment and materials through the Houston - Galveston
Area Council Cooperative Purchasing Program; and,
WHEREAS, Heil Environmental Company has been awarded the state contract
for front load refuse packer bodies as budgeted this fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Purchasing Department is hereby granted authority to purchase two (2)
Front Load Refuse Packer Bodies from Heil Environmental Company for the amount of
$118,106.24.
