RESOLUTION TO REJECT BID FOR THE ROTARY PARK TENNIS
COURT RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Rotary Park Tennis Court Reconstruction Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the only responsible bidder is Barnett Paving and
Sealing who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $13,563.00; and,
WHEREAS, funds are not available to construct this project based on the single
bid received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Barnett Paving and Sealing, with an estimated total of
$13,563.00 is hereby rejected.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of May, 1998.
