RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR ROSEMONT
AND LAKEVIEW CEMETERIES ROAD RESURFACING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Rosemont
and Lakeview Cemeteries Road Resurfacing Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Barnett Paving and
Sealing who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $10,288.10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Barnett Paving and Sealing, with an estimated total of
$10,288.10 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of May, 1998.
