RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH HANGAR PARTNERS, LIMITED FOR LEASE OF
LAND AT WICHITA FALLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City operates Wichita Falls Municipal Airport; and,
WHEREAS, Hangar Partners, Limited desires to construct an aircraft storage
hangar at the Municipal Airport; and
WHEREAS, the site selected for the storage hangar is in accordance with the
approved master plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Certain agreement between the City of Wichita Falls and Hangar Partners,
Limited for lease of land at Wichita Falls Municipal Airport is hereby approved and the
City Manager is authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.
