A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPOINTING DIRECTORS TO THE WICHITA
COUNTY /CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, HOSPITAL BOARD;
DESIGNATING TERMS OF OFFICE; AND FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Mr. Coy L. Francis, Jr., is hereby appointed for a one -year
term to the Place 1 Wichita County /City of Wichita Falls, Texas, Hospital Board, said
term to commence April 1, 1998; thereafter, future terms shall be for a period of two
years.
SECTION 1. That Mr. Frank Yeager is hereby appointed for a two -year term to
the Place 2 Wichita County /City of Wichita Falls, Texas, Hospital Board, said term to
commence April 1, 1998; thereafter, future terms shall be for a period of two years.
SECTION 1. That Mr. Charles Thomas is hereby appointed for a two -year term
to the Place 3 Wichita County /City of Wichita Falls, Texas, Hospital Board, said term to
commence April 1, 1998; thereafter, future terms shall be for a period of two years.
SECTION 4. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
