RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR THE
PAINTING OF PUCKETT TOWER AND CYPRESS `87 CLARIFIER
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls under the Unit Price Contract with Telcom
of Texas, Inc. with the estimated total cost $337,000; and
WHEREAS, during the process of work a change order was required in the
amount of $15,224 and with previously approved Change Order No. 1 increases the
estimated contract price to $358,364; and
WHEREAS, the City staff concurs that the changes are required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 2 for the Painting of Puckett Tower and Cypress '87 Clarifiers
is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized execute Change Order No. 2
with the contractor.
