RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A JOINT
REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT TO EVALUATE, ASSIST, AND
OTHERWISE RESPOND TO PROPOSALS BY THE TNRCC IN ITS
IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY REGIONAL CONTROL STRATEGY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas desire to join with other entities in
Wichita and Wilbarger Counties to (1) devote their resources to evaluate, assist, and
otherwise respond to proposals by the TNRCC in its implementation of any Regional
Control Strategy; (2) allocate among themselves a common legal consultant
administrative and other costs incurred in connection with this matter; and (3) cooperate
among themselves in this effort.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Joint Representation Agreement to
evaluate, assist, and otherwise respond to proposals by the TNRCC in its
implementation of any Regional Control Strategy
