RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE JALONICK PARK RESTROOM ROOF
REPLACEMENT (CDBG) PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT
TO ARMORED ROOFING COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a lump sum price contract with
Armored Roofing Company with the estimated total cost of $10,822; and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of $10,822 of which
$10,605.56 has been previously paid to the contractor, leaving an amount due of
$216.44; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Jalonick Park Restroom Roof Replacement (CDBG) Project is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the contractor.
