RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR THE
NORTHSIDE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND RRWWTP
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Northside Wastewater Treatment Plant and RRWWTP Construction Project;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Control Specialist,
Inc. who made a unit price bid with a total of $947,227.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Control Specialist, Inc. with a total of $947,227 is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of July, 1998.
