RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR 1998 CDBG MILL
AND OVERLAY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the 1998 CDBG Mill and Overlay Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Mac Paving who
made a unit price bid with a total of $96,952.51.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Mac Paving with a total of $96,952.51 is hereby accepted,
and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of July, 1998.
