RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR THIRD STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT (CDBG)
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Third Street Reconstruction Project (CDBG); and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Bobbie D. Haynes
Construction Co. who made a unit price bid with a total of $49, 430.82.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Bobbie D. Haynes Construction Co., with a total of
$49,430.82 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract for the City with said contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of July, 1998.
