RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE JASPER HIGH SERVICE PUMP
#4 MOTOR RESTARTER RETROFIT PROJECT AND
AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO SHERMCO INDUSTRIES,
INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with Shermco
Industries, Inc., with the estimated total cost of $62,530.67; and
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of $62,530.67 of which
$61,280.06 has been previously paid to the contractor, leaving an amount due of
$1,250.61; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Jasper Plant High Service Pump #4 Motor Restarter Retrofit Project is
hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the
contractor.
