RESOLUTION APPOINTING DR. JAMES SNOWDEN AS NORTH
TEXAS LIBRARY SYSTEM ASSEMBLY REPRESENTATIVE
WHEREAS, the Library Advisory Board recommends Dr. James Snowden
be named representative from Wichita Falls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Dr. James Snowden, a member of the Library Advisory Board, be
appointed as the North Texas Library System Assembly Representative from
August 1998 to August 2000.
