RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO NATURAL PATH
FORESTRY CONSULTANTS, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,000 FOR
IRRIGATION AND TREE PLANTING DESIGNS AT VARIOUS
LOCATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City has received a grant from the Texas Forest Service in the
amount of $10,000 for urban forestry improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the City has appropriated its matching share of funds in the amount
of $10,000; and,
WHEREAS, the firm of Natural Path Forestry Consultants, Inc. has been
selected as providing the best professional services for the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A contract is hereby awarded to Natural Path Forestry Consultants, Inc. of
Missoula, Montana in the amount of $20,000 for irrigation and tree planting design
services at various locations in the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of July, 1998.
