A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO SERD DETERM V NI NGTTHATPTHE AISAL MEET NGIAT
BOARD OF DIRECTORS; FINDING
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW
WHEREAS, the term of service of the City of Wichita Falls/Wichita Falls
Independent School District shared member of the Board of Directors of the Wichita
Appraisal District will expire December 31, 1998; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Wichita Falls to submit the name of the
shared member appointed by the City Council to serve a two year term, expiring
December 31, 2000, on said Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. Bud Beaty is hereby appointed by the City Council to serve
on the Board of Directors of the Wichita Appraisal District as a member representing the
City of Wichita Falls and Wichita Falls Independent School District.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this
resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
