RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE AMENDED AGREEMENT WITH THE
TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE HOLLIDAY
CREEK PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE TRAIL PHASE II PROJECT ;
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is participating with the Texas Department
of Transportation for the construction of the Holliday Creek Pedestrian and Bicycle Trail
Phase II Project; and
WHEREAS, during the design, the scope of the project has been changed; and
WHEREAS, these changes require a change to the original Agreement; and,
WHEREAS, TXDOT has asked the City to approve the amended Agreement for
this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. City Council has examined the amended Agreement and the
amended Agreement is hereby approved with authority for the City Manager to approve
the Agreement.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this Resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of November, 1998.
