RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF $12,000 FROM
FUND 280 - 5660 -76020 FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RIVER BEND
RV PARK; DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, it is desirable to construct paved vehicle parking space extensions
and landscape enhancements to the River Bend RV Park; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to make such improvements in conjunction with
necessary fee increases; and
WHEREAS, the source of funding will be revenue from RV Park collections.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. $12,000 Is hereby authorized to be expended from Fund 280-
5660 -76020 for the paving of ten vehicle parking space extensions and landscape
enhancements to the River Bend RV Park.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law
