RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A SPECIAL
WARRANTY DEED CONVEYING THE CITY'S UNDIVIDED ONE -HALF
INTEREST IN A CERTAIN 107.4 ACRE TRACT OF LAND IN CLAY
COUNTY TO THE LABOTEX PARTNERSHIP; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute a special
warranty deed conveying a certain undivided one -half interest in a 107.4 acre tract of
land in Clay County to the Labotex Partnership, in accordance with the attached special
warranty deed.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
