RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH URS GREINER WOODWARD CLYDE FOR
COMPLETION OF THE KICKAPOO AIRPARK FEASIBILITY STUDY.;
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City received FAA grant funds to conduct this study; and
WHEREAS, the FAA has approved the elements of the study; and
WHEREAS, URS Greiner Woodward Clyde was selected to complete the study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Certain agreement between the City of Wichita Falls and URS
Greiner Woodward Clyde is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized to
execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this Resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
