RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR THE EAST INWOOD DRAINAGE &
SEWER RELOCATION /JACQUELINE MANHOLE STABILIZATION
PROJECT; DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the East Inwood Drainage & Sewer Relocation /Jacqueline Manhole Stabilization
Project; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is McGrath Brothers
Concrete who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $232,684.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Said unit price bid of McGrath Brothers Concrete, with an
estimated total of $232,684.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such
project.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
