RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION CONTRACT WITH THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR THE PURCHASE OF
CERTAIN FORMS, MANUALS, AND SUPPLIES; DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, it is advantageous to the City of Wichita Falls to allow the Police
Department to purchase certain forms, manuals and supplies through a cooperative
purchasing agreement with the Texas Department of Public Safety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an interlocal
cooperation contract with the Texas Department of Public Safety for the purchase of
certain forms, manuals and supplies.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
