RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO INSTALL A 6 -INCH
DIAMETER WATERLINE ON A BRIDGE ON SH 240 AT HOLLIDAY
CREEK; DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Transportation is reconstructing the
bridges on SH 240 at Holliday Creek; and
WHEREAS, an existing 6 -inch waterline is to be removed during this
construction; and
WHEREAS, a new 6-inch waterline will need to be installed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Council has examined the proposed agreement and the
agreement is hereby approved with authority for the City Manager to execute said
agreement.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
