RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR THE EAST
INWOOD DRAINAGE AND SEWER RELOCATIONS /JACQUELINE
MANHOLE PROJECT; DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH
THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls under the unit price contract with McGrath
Concrete Construction with the estimated total cost of $232, 684.00; and
WHEREAS, certain sanitary sewer lines located near Jacqueline need to be
repaired; and
WHEREAS, the City Staff concurs that these changes are required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Change Order No. 2 for the East Inwood Drainage and Sewer
Relocation /Jacqueline Manhole Stabilization Project in the amount of $16,500.00 is
hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2
with the Contractor.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this Resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
