RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR HOLLIDAY
CREEK SEWER MANHOLE SCOURING PROTECTION PROJECT;
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Holliday Creek Sewer Manhole Scouring Protection Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Creative 4
Construction, which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $103,701.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Said unit price bid of Creative 4 Construction, with an estimated
total of $103,701.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
a contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
