A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EX'
CONTRACT WITH C2 CONSULTING SERVICES, INC., FOR THE
PURPOSES OF PERFORMING A REVIEW AND AN ANALYSIS OF THE
APPLICATION OF TXU GAS TO INCREASE NATURAL GAS SERVICE
RATES IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager be and is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with C2 Consulting Services, Inc., for the purpose of conducting a review and
an analysis of the application of TXU Gas for an increase in the natural gas service
rates in the City of Wichita.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
