RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
APPOINTING TWO MEMBERS TO SERVE ON THE WICHITA APPRAISAL DISTRICT
BOARD OF DIRECTORS; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has two positions on the nine member
Wichita Appraisal District Board of Directors whose terms expire at the end of 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. Jimmie Holland and A.B. Williams are hereby
appointed by the City Council to serve on the Board of Directors of the Wichita
Appraisal District as members representing the City of Wichita Falls with terms expiring
on December 31, 2001.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
