Ord 094-87 9/15/1987 ORDINANCE NO. 744-47 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls may receive $54,833 . 05 in additional Revenue Sharing Funds; and WHEREAS, the City also wishes to appropriate interest earned on prior years' funding; and WHEREAS, the City has published notice of the action and held a public hearing as required by Federal Revenue Sharing Regulations; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION ONE.
